Bruce has a diverse interest in musical styles from rock and blues to country.  His career has been spent with many different local bands in the Twin Cities area, including the South Forty Band and the eighties-era cover band The Hitmen.  He also worked with The Longrider Band, a successful country/rock group that played many top venues in the area.  Bruce also worked with the rock and blues based band Powerhouse, and spent five years as the lead guitarist for The Original Knights of Rock and Roll playing casinos, ballrooms, bars and outdoor festivals in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and the Dakotas.  In 2002, Bruce co-founded the band Jamm Jarr and played several Twin Cities establishments until 2009 when he joined Headin’ Back.
